Email Setup

General Email Setup Instructions:

  • Incoming Mail Server: your domain (
  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): your domain (
  • SMTP Port: 587, 25
  • SMTP Encryption Protocol: TLS (port 587), None port (25)
  • Username: your full email address (

Access Webmail:

  1. Go to
  2. Username: your full email address (
  3. Enter your Password

Administer Emails:

  1. Go to
  2. Username: your admin username
  3. Enter your admin Password
  4. Go to Mail on the left menu
  5. Add/delete emails

How to Setup eSEED Mail with Gmail

A] Forward emails to Gmail

  1. Go to
  2. Your Username is your full email (
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Change Mail Account Settings
  5. In the Forwarding Tab, check the forwarding box and type your Gmail Address
  6. Click OK, in the rare case it gives you an error, click Apply then OK


B] Send from Gmail as your new email

  1. Login to your Gmail Account.
  2. Go to Settings by clicking on the gear on the right
  3. Go the to Accounts & Imports Tab
  4. Click on Add another email address you own, keep Reply from the same address the message was sent to checked
  5. A new window opens (if it doesn’t, please check your pop-up blocker)
  6. Specify your name and new email address, leave alias checked
  7. In Next Step >> 
    1. SMTP Server:
    2. Username:
    3. Password
    4. Port: 587
    5. Secure using TLS
  8. Add Account >>
  9. You should receive the confirmation email on your Gmail now.
  10. Enter the code in your confirmation email or click the link in it
  11. You can now send and receive emails from Gmail as your new email! Just select which email you want to send from while composing

C] Specify a specific signature for your new email

  1. Go to Settings
  2. In the General Tab, you will find signatures
  3. Select your new email from the dropdown
  4. Edit your signature
  5. Save changes

How to setup eSEED mail on Outlook

  1. Open Microsoft Office Outlook.
  2. Go to File > Info > Add Account.
  3. Select the checkbox Manually configure server settings or additional server types. Click Next.

  4. Select the Internet Email (or Pop or IMAP in Outlook 2013) option and click Next.

  5. Specify the following:
    • Your name.
    • Your email address.
    • Account type. Select the POP3 option.
    • Incoming mail server. Type your domain name. For example, or
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP). Type your domain name. For example, or
    • User Name. Specify your full email address. Example:
    • Password. Your email password (after you change it from the default from
    • Do not check: Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).

  6. Click More Settings, open the Outgoing Server tab and check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.


  7. Click Advanced
  8. Choose 587 for the port and TLS connection.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click Next, Outlook should test sending and retrieving emails and both tests should be completed (contact us if it’s not the case).
  11. Click Finish.
